I went dug up some old stills from the show to make sure I had the design correct then confirmed it with her and got to work on the 3D file for it. I printed it out on Jarvis and got to smoothing it. With so much flat surface you'd think it would be simple but getting up next to the edges of the symbol proved to be a bit more tricky.
Eventually I had it smoothed to where I was happy and I boxed it up along with a bunch of other small items I had to mold and poured. Finally here is the picture of all those small molds I was pouring as I have mentioned them in previous posts.
Once the mold had set up I went ahead and just like the other piece poured two different versions of the pin so here are all the pieces I made for her just before I went to give them to her.
